Privacy – Tony's Loop (2026)

This statement explains which personal data we collect through tonysloop.com and what we do with it. We keep it short, and we only collect what we need.

Who we are

Welibach Pictures · Welibach, Krijgsbaan 65, 2070 Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht, Belgium · Company number BE 0758.986.792. Contact for all privacy questions: press@tonysloop.com.

What we collect, and why

Press accreditation. Name, media outlet, role, country, e-mail, and optionally phone, a link and your message. We use this only to assess your request, give you access to press materials and contact you about the film. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in handling press requests.
Premiere ticket giveaway. Name and e-mail address. We use this only to organise the giveaway and to contact the winners. Legal basis: your participation in the giveaway (see the rules).
Visitor statistics. We count visits anonymously: which pages are viewed, roughly from which country, on which type of device, how visitors found us, and which buttons are used (for example the trailer or the press kit). This is done without cookies and without storing your IP address or any other personal data; you cannot be identified or followed across websites. We use these aggregated figures to understand interest in the film. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of the website.
News about Tony’s Loop. Only if you tick the separate box: your e-mail address, to send you occasional news about the film and its release. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every e-mail. Legal basis: your consent.

How long we keep it

Giveaway entries are deleted no later than three months after the winners have been drawn. Press contacts are kept for as long as the film is being promoted, with a maximum of three years. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Who has access

Only the Tony’s Loop team at Welibach Pictures. Giveaway entries and news subscriptions are stored with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France); Brevo processes the data on our behalf and under our instructions. We never sell or share your data with partners or sponsors.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by e-mailing press@tonysloop.com. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
